1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Bae - AI Baby Generator, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the website.
2. The app
Bae - AI Baby Generator is an iPhone app that creates AI baby photos from two parent photos. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Bae is not a medical, scientific, or genetic prediction tool.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use Bae. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
4. Your account
Some features may require an account or App Store identifier. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
5. Photo uploads and acceptable use
You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. You agree not to upload:
- photos of children for AI baby generation;
- photos of any person who has not consented;
- nude, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise illegal content;
- photos that infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
- photos used to impersonate or deceive others.
You grant Bae the rights needed to host, process, and display your uploaded photos and the resulting AI baby photo, solely to deliver the service to you. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.
6. AI-generated content
AI baby photos generated by Bae are creative simulations. Results vary, may differ across runs, and are intended for entertainment and visual inspiration. You agree not to present AI baby photos as predictions of a real future child.
7. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds
Bae offers free features and optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
8. Third-party services
Bae uses third-party services including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Bae - AI Baby Generator app, the baebaby.app website, the "Bae" wordmark, the logo, and all related branding are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or the site, except as permitted by law.
10. License you receive
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bae on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.
11. Disclaimers
Bae is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI baby photos will be accurate, error-free, or available without interruption. AI baby photos are not medical, genetic, or scientific predictions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of Bae. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited and its team from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, content you upload, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bae at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use of Bae after changes means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, unless local consumer protection law gives you the right to your home jurisdiction.
