This Privacy Policy explains how Bae - AI Baby Generator (the AI baby photo generator app for iPhone, operated by Rocket Digital Limited) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Bae app and the baebaby.app website.

1. Who we are

Bae - AI Baby Generator is an iPhone app published by Rocket Digital Limited, located at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. Information we collect

a) Information you provide to us

We may collect personal information that you provide when you download or use our Services, including your name, email address, account credentials, support messages, and any photos you upload to the AI baby maker.

b) Information we collect automatically

We collect certain information automatically when you use Bae - AI Baby Generator, including device type, operating system, app version, language and region, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app events, crash reports, advertising identifiers, and other usage data. We use cookies, mobile SDKs, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.

c) Information we collect from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties such as the Apple App Store, social media platforms, advertising networks, attribution providers, and analytics providers (for example installation source, ad clicks, and aggregated audience data).

Photos you upload

When you use the AI baby maker, you upload photos of a man and a woman. These photos are processed to create your AI baby photo and may be temporarily stored on our servers and on third-party AI infrastructure (see Section 6) for the time needed to generate, deliver, moderate, and improve the result.

Account and purchase data

If you create an account or make a purchase inside the app, we receive identifiers such as your Apple ID (anonymous), Firebase user ID, RevenueCat customer ID, purchase tokens, subscription status, and device identifiers. Payments are handled by Apple β€” we do not store your card details.

Cookies and tracking on the website

On baebaby.app we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your web browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

3. How we use your information

a) To provide and improve our Services

We use your information to operate Bae, generate AI baby photos from the parent pictures you upload, personalize your experience, debug issues, and understand how our Services are used so we can improve them.

b) To communicate with you

We use your information to respond to support inquiries, send service messages, and β€” where permitted β€” send you product updates, marketing, and promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

c) To process payments and subscriptions

We use your information to deliver in-app purchases and subscriptions, validate receipts, and provide customer support and refunds.

d) To keep Bae safe

We use your information to prevent fraud, abuse, deepfakes, CSAM, and other harmful use of the AI baby photo generator, and to enforce our Terms of Service.

e) To comply with legal obligations

We may use your information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies, App Store operators, and regulatory authorities.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: contract (to deliver the app), legitimate interests (to keep Bae secure and improve it), consent (for non-essential cookies and certain marketing), and legal obligation.

5. How we share your information

a) Service Providers

We share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including hosting providers, analytics providers, AI infrastructure partners, and marketing partners. These providers are listed in Section 6.

b) Advertising Networks

We may share your information with advertising networks such as Google AdMob and Meta to show you targeted ads, measure performance, and limit ad frequency. You can manage personalized advertising in your iOS settings (App Tracking Transparency) and in your browser.

c) Law Enforcement and Regulatory Authorities

We may share your information with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

d) Corporate Transactions

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Third-party services we use

Bae - AI Baby Generator relies on trusted infrastructure, AI, analytics, and advertising partners. Your data may be processed by the following services, under their own privacy terms:

  • Firebase (Google) β€” authentication, Firebase Analytics, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, crash reporting (Crashlytics), remote configuration, and push notifications.
  • Google Cloud Platform β€” underlying cloud infrastructure, hosting, and storage that powers Firestore and Cloud Storage.
  • RevenueCat β€” subscription management, entitlement checks, and purchase analytics.
  • Google AdMob β€” advertising inside the app and ad measurement.
  • OpenAI β€” AI inference for parts of the AI baby photo generation and assistance flows.
  • Google Gemini (Google AI / Vertex AI) β€” AI inference and multimodal model processing used during image generation and moderation.
  • Replicate β€” AI model hosting used during image generation.
  • Fal.ai β€” AI model hosting used during image generation.
  • Microsoft Azure β€” cloud infrastructure, storage, and AI services for select workloads.
  • Google Analytics β€” website and app analytics.
  • Meta Pixel β€” website analytics and advertising measurement.
  • Apple App Store β€” app distribution, payments, and subscription billing.

Some of these providers operate outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required by law.

7. How we handle your photos

We place a high priority on the privacy and security of the images you upload to Bae - AI Baby Generator. The photos you upload are treated with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.

  • Use: Uploaded photos are used only to generate your AI baby photo and to operate, moderate, and improve the service.
  • Storage: Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Firebase Cloud Storage on Google Cloud) and during AI processing on the partners listed in Section 6.
  • Access: Within the app, your generated AI baby photos are only accessible by you. We do not publicly share, post, or sell your photos.
  • No face data retention: We do not retain biometric face templates (such as Face ID data). Photos are processed for the AI baby generation result itself, not to build a long-term face database.
  • Retention: Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted from our servers after a maximum period of 30 days. Generated AI baby photos may be kept longer so they remain available in your in-app gallery, until you delete them or delete your account.
  • No third-party sharing for marketing: We do not share your photos with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

AI baby photos are creative simulations for entertainment. Bae - AI Baby Generator is not a medical, scientific, or genetic prediction tool, and you should not treat AI baby photos as predictions of a real future child.

8. AI data processing & third-party sharing

To provide generative AI features, Bae shares certain user data with third-party AI infrastructure providers.

Sharing with partners. When you upload photos or enter prompts into our AI-enabled Services, that data is processed by our partners, which may include but are not limited to OpenAI, Google (Gemini / Vertex AI), Replicate, Fal.ai, and Microsoft Azure. This sharing is strictly limited to what is technically necessary to generate the requested content.

No training policy. Rocket Digital Limited does not use your personal prompts, uploaded photos, or generated content to train or improve our proprietary AI models. We select partners that provide enterprise-grade privacy standards and that contractually agree not to train their foundation models on your inputs and outputs.

Data retention for safety. We and our third-party partners may retain copies of prompts, uploaded photos, generated images, and related metadata for a period of up to 30 days. This retention is used exclusively for safety moderation, abuse detection, investigating reports of prohibited content (such as deepfakes, CSAM, or non-consensual imagery), and ensuring compliance with global application store safety guidelines.

AI model improvement. Aggregate, anonymized, and de-identified signals (for example, error rates and quality scores) may be used to improve the AI baby generator. Individual photos are not used for model training without your explicit consent.

9. Security of synthetic media

All AI generation requests are processed over encrypted channels (SSL/TLS), and stored data is encrypted at rest in our cloud infrastructure. While we strive to protect your creative projects, you are encouraged not to include highly sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, medical data, or private financial data) within prompts or photos submitted to our generative AI tools.

10. Subscription and payment information

If you choose to subscribe to Bae premium features, payment processing is handled by third-party services (Apple App Store and RevenueCat). We do not store your payment card information. We may retain subscription status, receipt identifiers, and purchase history to provide premium features, refunds, and customer support. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store settings.

11. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion in order to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Source photos uploaded for AI baby generation are retained for up to 30 days, then deleted on a rolling schedule. Generated AI baby photos remain in your in-app gallery until you delete them or delete your account. Logs and analytics are typically retained for up to 26 months.

12. International data transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your own, including the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, where our cloud and AI providers operate. We take steps to ensure your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses where required.

13. Children's privacy

Bae - AI Baby Generator is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not use the app to upload photos of children for AI baby generation. If you believe a child has used the app or that we hold a child's personal data, contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai and we will delete the relevant data.

14. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at hello@rocketdigital.ai. We respond within the time frame required by applicable law.

  • Opt-out of marketing: Follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us directly.
  • Disable cookies: Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies on the website.
  • Limit ad tracking: Use iOS App Tracking Transparency to control tracking by Bae and its advertising partners.

15. Managing and deleting your account and data

We at Rocket Digital Limited prioritize your rights and control over your personal data. If you have decided to delete your account, you can do so in two ways.

Method 1: In-app deletion

  1. Open Bae - AI Baby Generator on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings (or your profile menu) and find Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation prompt carefully β€” this action is irreversible and will permanently delete the data associated with your account.
  5. Confirm the deletion to schedule your account for removal from our systems.

Method 2: Deletion via email

If you cannot access the app or find the deletion option, you can request deletion by email:

  • Send an email to hello@rocketdigital.ai.
  • Use the subject line: Request for Account Deletion.
  • In the body, include the name of the app (Bae - AI Baby Generator) and the email address and/or username associated with your account so we can identify it.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will process the deletion and send you a confirmation email. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone β€” it erases your saved AI baby photos, preferences, and other personal data tied to that account. If you are unsure, you can simply uninstall the app: this stops on-device notifications and most data collection, while your account remains on our servers should you return.

16. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email where appropriate.
