2. Information we collect

Photos you upload

When you use the AI baby maker, you upload a photo of a man and a photo of a woman. These photos are processed to create your AI baby photo. They may be temporarily stored on our servers and on third-party AI infrastructure (see Section 5) for the time needed to generate, deliver, and improve the result.

Account and purchase data

If you create an account or make a purchase inside the app, we receive identifiers such as your Apple ID (anonymous), purchase tokens, subscription status, and device identifiers. Payments are handled by Apple — we do not store your card details.

Usage and device data

We collect standard usage data such as app version, device model, OS version, app events, crash reports, IP address, and approximate region. This helps us keep the future baby generator app stable and improve the experience.

Cookies and tracking on the website

On baebaby.app we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember preferences.

3. How we use your information

  • To generate your AI baby photo from the two parent pictures you upload.
  • To operate the Bae - AI Baby Generator app and the baebaby.app website.

Bae - AI Baby Generator relies on trusted infrastructure and analytics partners. Your data may be processed by the following services, under their own privacy terms:

  • RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement checks.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, app analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
  • Google AdMob — advertising inside the app and ad measurement.
  • OpenAI — AI inference for parts of the AI baby photo generation and assistance flows.
  • Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure, storage, and AI services.
  • Replicate — AI model hosting used during image generation.
  • Fal.ai — AI model hosting used during image generation.
  • Google Analytics — website and app analytics.
  • Meta Pixel — website analytics and advertising measurement.

Some of these providers operate outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required by law.

6. How we share data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) the third-party services listed in Section 5; (b) Apple, where required to deliver the app; (c) professional advisors and authorities when legally required; and (d) successors in a corporate transaction.

7. Photo handling and AI baby content

Photos uploaded to the AI baby generator app are used to create your AI baby photo. We treat them as sensitive content. We do not sell photos, we do not use them for third-party advertising, and we do not publicly share them.

AI baby photos are creative simulations for entertainment. Bae - AI Baby Generator is not a medical, scientific, or genetic prediction tool, and you should not treat AI baby photos as predictions of a real future child.

8. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. Uploaded photos are retained only as long as needed to generate the AI baby photo and to operate the service, then deleted on a rolling schedule. Logs and analytics are typically retained for up to 26 months.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email us at hello@rocketdigital.ai. We respond within the time frame required by applicable law.

10. Children

Bae - AI Baby Generator is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app to upload photos of children for AI baby generation. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the relevant data.

11. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email where appropriate.
